We are delighted to announce that our beloved childcare center, formerly known as Claudia’s Kids Care in Garfield Heights, Ohio, is embarking on a new journey under new management. Now rebranded as Nurture and Grow Learning Center, our center continues its long-standing tradition of providing exceptional care and education to children, while infusing fresh and innovative approaches to early learning. Our commitment to nurturing, safety, and developmental excellence remains unwavering, as we build on the strong foundation laid by Claudia’s Kids Care. We warmly invite you to experience the enhanced programs, improved facilities, and the same loving environment that has been a hallmark of our center. Infants
In our Infant Room, we create a warm, soothing, and secure environment for babies aged 3 weeks to 17 months. Understanding the vital importance of these early months, our space is specifically designed to stimulate their senses and support their developmental milestones in a safe and nurturing setting. The room is filled with soft, age-appropriate toys and materials that encourage exploration and motor skill development. Gentle, ambient lighting and calming colors create a peaceful atmosphere, while our dedicated caregivers provide constant, attentive care to each child. We ensure a high caregiver-to-infant ratio to meet the individual needs of each baby, whether it's feeding, diapering, or cuddling. Regular updates are provided to parents to keep them connected with their child’s daily experiences, growth, and developmental progress.
Toddlers
Welcome to the bustling world of our Toddler Room, where children aged 18 months to 3 years embark on a journey of discovery and learning. Our toddler environment is specially designed to cater to the boundless energy and curiosity of this age group. The room is a vibrant, safe space filled with stimulating, age-appropriate toys and learning materials that encourage exploration and foster the development of fine and gross motor skills. We prioritize activities that promote language development, social skills, and early independence, like group story time, singing, and interactive play. Our experienced caregivers provide structured yet flexible schedules that include plenty of outdoor play, creative arts, and hands-on activities, all aimed at nurturing each toddler’s unique abilities and interests.
Preschool
In the Preschool Room we cater to children aged 3 to 5 years, fostering a love for learning during these crucial early years. Our preschool environment is a vibrant and interactive space designed to stimulate young minds and encourage a sense of wonder. Here, children are introduced to foundational concepts in literacy, numeracy, science, and the arts through a balance of structured learning and free exploration. Our curriculum is crafted to build on each child's natural curiosity, with activities that include storytime, imaginative play, hands-on experiments, and creative arts and crafts. We place a strong emphasis on social skills, such as sharing, cooperation, and empathy, preparing our preschoolers for the next step in their educational journey. School-Age
Our School-Age Room is specifically designed for children aged 6 years and up, providing a stimulating and supportive environment where they can thrive outside of school hours. Recognizing the evolving needs of this age group, our space is tailored to encourage independence, responsibility, and continued learning. The room features areas dedicated to homework support, reading, arts and crafts, and group activities, ensuring a balanced mix of education, recreation, and rest. We provide a variety of resources like books, educational games, and art supplies, catering to diverse interests and promoting creativity and critical thinking. Our program includes structured time for homework assistance, as well as opportunities for children to engage in physical activities, both indoors and outdoors, fostering their overall health and well-being. The environment is safe, inclusive, and respectful, allowing school-age children to socialize, explore personal interests, and develop new skills.
